Local 1600 hosted it's annual "Member Appreciation Picnic" June 18 in the Courtyard behind City Hall.

The leadership of AFSCME Local 1600 and 1799 wants to assure our members that their health care concerns are a top priority, which is being given immediate attention.  We are researching available options and are not taking members complaints and concerns lightly.  Once a strategy has been formulated and implemented to resolve this matter, we will provide the results to all our membership.
